If any of you know someone in the Oregon-Idaho area thinking about adopting a dog there was a massive confiscation of dogs from a home in Harper Oregon. They believe that some of them will be ready to be adopted out to a much needed loving home very soon. I have posted all the info into the Animals in the News Forum
