I lost Sadie in June. She was a nine year old aussie mix. Sophie grieved alot and was having strange behavior changes since Sadies loss...so I thought..maybe another dog would help. WRONG. She hates this puppy. Right now..I have them sperated by a baby gate. If Rio goes near the gate..all I hear is a horrible growling. Then at times....she appears ok and is wagging her tail at him. I live by myself and am afraid to try them together without anyone. Any advice on how to get them together without a fight?? Thanks. By the way..he has only been here two weeks. Should I wait longer with the gate up??
