:I know the question wasn't direct to me but Tyler's pedigree is from the Colby strain. Both of his parents, (his mom might not be a Colby I forget her name), are so well behaved, friendly, and all around great dogs that I feel like if people were to see APBT like them their reputation would turn around. Even Tyler so far is showing sucha g reat temperment, intelligence, and personality that it would be good to get great APBT like him to responsible owners to push the breed into a positive perspective.
:Both of his parents are fawn colored, his father is a darker gold and his mother a light fawn.

Okay, then I have a few more for you. If you keep Tyler intact, are you prepared to the issues that come with an intact male? Those include: going nuts when females in heat are around (and his nose can smell WAY farther than yours) which includes not eating at times and escaping from you to pursue those female hormones, fighting to get to the female, etc. There is also the issue that Tyler is only a pup now and has not gotten his sexual maturity. When it comes, there may be a change in temperament due to that testosterone. Is he balanced, perfect hips and elbows? Good head, good neck, etc. What about his grandparents, and cousins, siblings from other litters? How are their temperaments? Their conformation? Would you have responsible people to sell the pups to? How would you screen prospective puppy buyers? (I think the owner of the male also has some responsibility for the pups of the litter.) What are your criteria for finding a good female match for Tyler?

I had an intact male for 13 years and at times, it was hard - those times when one of his three preferred female friends went into heat. Once, he ran off (I could walk him off-leash with perfect control, except when there was an intact bitch in heat in smelling distance) and was shot. He came home to me (I was already an hour late for work) and I had to take him to the vet. I was lucky. The bullet didn't hit any vitals, only nicked a rib, and was a 22. He survived. And I stopped trusting him off-leash because of those females. I had to be extremely careful of him around other intact males, because of his protective instincts toward me.

Tasha
