No he isn't intact, and it appears to be towards both male and female puppies, I noticed it towards males first and sense have tried to keep him from puppies but I had to leave the dog park once because he started what I call noising kinda pecking with his nose at a female pitbull puppy and when I grabbed because this is what he seems to do before he starts to bite he started growling at the puppy and focusing on it. I had him scheduled to be nuerterd at six months thats when I was told it should be done, but it was delayed till he was seven months do to the treatment of a absest on his chest, I don't know if nuetering him later contributed to his aggressiveness or not, I leave the dog park when younger dogs show up because I don't want him feeding into the bully breed stereo type and because I don't want any other dogs to get hurt. I just found it weird that he doesn't seem to get along with puppies I thought a dog is either aggressive towards all dogs or is friendly. One thing I find weird is that he shows great tollerancy of other dogs for instance he was playing with a doberman(sp?) when another doberman ran over and started to attack him, I started to run over to break it up and my dog stood there and defended him self until I got there and the other dog ran off, he didn't attempt to go after him and started playing with the dog he had been playing with before this incident, another instance a smaller dog close to his own size started attacking him as he walked by(it was thats dogs first trip to the dog park and it seemed to do it because it was scared) anyways he just stood there and turned his butt blocking the other dog as it lounged in with an attempt to bite his neck/face and when the dog stopped he walked away. Right now I bring him to the dog park on the leash when puppies(younger then a year) are there and treat him as he inconterters them so that he gets a positive association with them, the breeder told me to either spank him on his rear if he growls or bites, or to use a choke collar instead of spanking. I got the idea of treating from a click trainer that I took him to in hopes of getting him to listen better in a situation where he doesn't want to listen.
