Hi, I'm Tasha. I will be here to help (I hope) and discuss and probably learn from you all.

At present I have two older dogs: a purebred Lab named Natasha, 12 on March 31 of this year, and a dobie-shepherd named Amber, who turned 12 on January 1st. In the past I have had and loved many animals including cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, mice, a rat, an aligator lizard, many dogs of various breeds (they cross my path needing homes and we become family) and various wild creatures. My son is sometimes driven crazy by all the animals and feels he is living with Doctor Doolittle.

Anyone remember the dog in the Road Warrier? This was my first introduction to the ACD, or Queensland Heeler, as it is sometimes called. I'd never seen a dog with such intelligent, penetrating eyes!

Tasha
