:My Sydney has gone to visit a very sweet red merle bitch named Angel, she is in season, She should be in standing heat but Sydney is not responding to her, what would cause an intact male not respond to a bitch in standing heat.

Usually the bitch comes to the male.Then it is on his territory and he is alpha over her.Is he more interested in the surroundings where you took him?Is it the right day of her heat?Are there people around watching or quietly viewing from a window?Do you have anything of his with you so he is not in a totally new and strange environment?
