The link below is a very informative site about all the variations of color in the Australian Shepherd--including those that are disqualifying in the breed ring. The color you would be most interested in is Pattern White... your girl has what is known as pinto patterning. Obviously it doesn't make her any less an Australian Shepherd, and it certainly doesn't make her any less the best dog in the world--like I said, my Suzie is a whole lot whiter and she sure is MY best dog in the world. :-) Enjoy her to the max!
