Sounds rough. I don't have a beagle yet (soon i hope), but it sounds like lonliness. Maybe an eextra walk before bed and some extra playtime could help her get some sleep too?
Maybe she is lonely. Does she get alot of playtime with you? i could help more. Maybe this website can.
