We got my daughter a beagle puppy for Christmas. She stays fenced in a pen outside. She is a major barker and is keeping our neighbors awake at night. The worst part is that our neighbors are my brother and his family and they are mad!! We are desperate to know what to do about this. We don't want to have any hostility in our family, but we also love this dog. Does anyone have any suggestions?
