The only lamb bones I'm comfortable with are lamb breast bones. The rest are IMO too hard. I've heard the necks are also good, but I've never seen a lamb neck so I can't speak from experience.

I feed lamb breast two or three times a week. My dogs have no trouble with these soft bones, including the sternum. Although heavy, it's crumbly and very moist, and they can crunch it up and it crumbles.
