RC, could you outline exactly what you are feeding her? I have observed this before but it always meant that they diet needed some tweaking. It's like a pendulum.... she was getting one set of nutrients on the commercial foods, and then she got a different set on the home prepared food... it may be now you need to figure out where the center of the pendulum's swing is.

So, let me know what her diet is specifically.
