Patience! She's just a baby. Accidents are going to happen for a while. She doesn't know that she did something wrong. She just knows that you're upset. That's why she's hiding. Just keep carrying her out. She'll figure it out eventually. She isn't old enough to be telling you when she needs to go out yet. One thing you might try is putting her on leash and walking outside with her, though if it's cold where you are, your best bet is to just carry her. Come to think of it I'm not too keen on being outside in some of the weather we've had recently either! Good luck! I bet she's a cutie.
