Hello, I have a litter of brittany pups. The question I have is how can I get them registered. I own both the sire and dam. Their parents were suposed to be papered but I never got them registered. Now the owners are not to be found or one does not want to mess with getting the papers around or help in any way HELP. Gary Mason
