Hi! I'm sorry to hear of your problem with your Cairn. Have you taken him to the vet yet? The first thing I'd consider in a fully housetrained dog is that he could have an urinary tract infection or some other medical problem. Get that checked out first and if he is not having a medical problem, you may want to post your question to our Dog Training Forum. We have some folks that can get into retraining him. Do you have any photos of him you can share? They need to be uploaded to our Doghobbyist Photo Gallery first, then you can easily add them to your posts. Also, what is his name? :I have a three year old male Cairin and he was housebroke right away, very easy to train. He rings a bell when he wants to go outside. The last few months he has started to occasionally pee in the house, only in certain areas, sometimes right in front of me. I love him and I don't want to get rid of him but I can't stand for this behavior either. HELP!
