Hi, just wanted to share some of Patchie's funny habits with you all:

1) Patchie likes to pull our laundry basket across the floor.
She grabs a piece of dirty clothing inside (through the slats),
and tugs and tugs until the whole laundry basket starts sliding
all the way across the floor! She's strong for 4 pounds!

2) Patchie likes to surprise me. The other day, I was laying on
our queen-sized bed which is fairly high off the ground. Suddenly,
I see Patchie beside me on top of the bed! How the heck did she
manage to get up there? I think she must have pulled herself up by
her teeth!

3) Patchie likes to bark at her reflection. All the closets in the house
have mirror doors. When Patchie is lying in our bed, she can see the
closet door and the reflection of her (pretty!) self in it. She barks and
growls at herself, thinking it's another dog!

4) Patchie likes to chase our 18-pound cat into the basement.

5) Patchie is sooo black, that we had to buy her a light beige bed
to sleep in, because at nighttime, we couldn't tell whether
or not she was in her original (cardboard box) bed with black
blanket! She blended in too well and it was pretty confusing!

Well, if anyone has got any other funny stories about thier doggies
that they would like to share, I'd love to hear 'em. One day if I can manage to get either a scanner or a digital camera,
I'll post pictures of little Patchie.
