I don't know that much about the back ground of Chi Chi's. I do know that if you have young children of even yourself, if they get hit around the eyes, they can swell out. I saw this on the Animal Planet on Breed All About it. Lol, very informational channel. But any ways I don't exactly remember what it can do to the dog's eye site but it is common with pugs, boston terriers, and Chihuahua's. Have fun!
