Need more info--how long has it been going on? If its longer than 1 hour, a vet appointment is necessary. There are genetic problems in chihuahuas such as eyelids that are turned in towards the eye causing irritation. Surgery is needed to correct thing like this. Without more info though it is best to have it checked by a vet.
:my chichi wont open one of her eyes, there arent any cuts that i can see of and she doesnt seem to have anything stuck in it. It also seems sensitive to light. Shes not very active, so i dont see many ways she would have hurt it, any ideas? Can i use visene to try and flush the eye?
