My puppie's ears

This is my second collie puppy and my first one never had this problem. My new puppy Cleo has 1 ear that looks perfect (it stands up then folds at the top) but her other ear has stayed down and i dont think it is goin to stand up. She is only nine weeks old still so i was goin to wait a while before doing anything. If they dont pick up is there anything that can be done sergicaly do correct her ears.
