Hello!
We have a beautiful male collie, big in size. I recently ran into a lady with a very similar dog. I thought her dog was a smooth collie but to may surprise she claimed that her Vet suggested she clip the dogs hair short for the summer months. Would this be traumatic to our dog? We live in the SO. Central Pennsylvania area of the US. Our climate can get very hot an humid. Thanks for your help
