They do, but it's hard to do, and you have to know your judges! LOL

:One more question has popped to my mind, and perhaps this isn't a problem with dogs that have never raced oval track, but how do you teach a dog to slow when cornering.

I have no clue LOL. . Mine have never done the oval track, plan to in the future, but i'd' wager lots of practice. Do straight aways first, then work on a corner or two, not a whippet corner, but a gradual one, and a GREAT lure operator is a must.
