small problem shes about 15lbs lhasa apso 2 year old good around other dogs her size and smaller.but put her next to a dog bigger and she goes crazy and i mean crazy ... the bigger dog is my brothers but it is very well mannered and does not even bother {the 15lb brat} its like she has something wrong with her. she has always been like this she went off on a german shepard and got pined to the ground but it has not stopped her yet..

can anyone help with any ideas taps on the butt and taps on the nose don't help, oh and if i pet the dog she don't like it gets worse... HELP
