id suggest going back to your vet...or if you dont like them...going to another vet. imo three or four opinions can help you make up your own mind as to what is wrong

: 5 months ago , my german shepherd got dandruff infection as my vet told me. My dog lost weight and appetite. My dog also also lost a half of his coat" or hair". as soon as my vet injected something to my dog and gave him vitamins , he soon recovered and and his coat also grew. The problem now is after 3 months I think. He soon is showing these symptoms again. hair starts to fall off again. Though his appetite and size has not change yet. Is he again getting sick again? what do you think this disease is?
