The first things that pop into my mind are allergies, be they food or otherwise. I would suggest contacting your vet about starting an elimination diet. If that doesn't work, further allergy testing may be necessary. Also, make sure she is parasite free. Flea allergies can do some bizarre things. Have you had a skin scrape done? Yeast infections on the skin can be very stinky. Fortunately they are easy to treat usually. Those are my thoughts. Good luck!
