a vet visit with evaluating the food. I would just be careful if the vet prescribes any medications -- they often do that when they can't find a diagnosis. For the food, look for high amounts of corn, middlings, or wheat, and for inferior meat ingredients -- things labeled generic "meat", by-products, etc. They may have different names in another country though.
