Hi!

We have a 1-yr old black lab/border collie (we think) mix, and he has always been somewhat loose with stool - nothing liquid at all, but it never seemed firm. He has always been somewhat gassy at times, but since we started switching his food over he has been very gassy.

We just turned him 100% on the new food after about 3 weeks of going gradual. How much longer should we give it, or is it normal to be like this? He seems fine with energy and he eats and drinks normal.

We're thinking he's having allergies to something- we were thinking maybe the old food (Purina One), so we switched him to Iams on the vets recommendation (they say its higher quality although they both have a lot of corn in it i think).

Any suggestions/advice?

Thanks!
