I'm just going to throw a few ideas out there. You may have tried some already.

Lotrimin drops. That's the little bottle that you buy at the grocery store. It can work wonders when applied to the ears.

Make sure you do the full course of Ketoconazole or Clotrimazole drops or whatever. It is important that you keep going for a while after the symptoms disappear.

Ensure that any supplements or medications she is receiving are yeast free. This includes brewer's yeast which is often used as a supplement (for vit. B) on its own.

Use a shampoo with miconazole nitrate in it for her baths. I prefer Malaseb. It won't help the ears directly, but can't hurt.

Use a probiotic supplement to promote a good balance of healthful bacteria to help keep the yeast in check.

Use an immune boosting supplement such as the Traditional Chinese supplement, Wei Qi booster.

Have you made sure that there are no other underlying health issues or yeast infections (skin, genital, mouth, nail) on the dog?

I hope some of this helps. Like I said, I'm just throwing some ideas out there.

Lynn
