Unfortunately, I know almost nothing about Rimadyl, except that it is relatively hard on the liver and entire system in the long term. You could look up Rimadyl on the net in a veerinary medical terms site and also discuss long-term effects with your vet. Another thing you can do is look for homeopathic vets on the net and find one near you to give an alternate treatment scenario.

But I'm glad BJ is back home and doing much better.
