Hi...this may or may not be the right place to direct this but I would appreciate any advice or direction you can point me in. My friends dog, who has been with her for 13 years, was recently scratched in the eye by a cat. Her eye is not healing well and the vet seems to think it is because of her age. The dog was only given antibiotic drops. They want to remove the dogs eye next tuesday!! As you can see...I'm not happy with the solution and either is my friend. I truly doubt that the dog will be down with that idea as well... Do you know of something that can be done on an herbal level to help with this infection..either topically or internally. It breaks my heart to think that this dog might lose an eye. I have some herbal knowledge but I wanted to direct this to those who are skilled in this area. If you can help..please respond soon either on the forum or directly to my email. Thank you.
