I am very sorry to hear about your dog. :(

You are posting in the holistic care, so I would assume you want to know about holistic alternatives. But my advice here is the same as it would be if you were asking about conventional approaches too: Find a really great vet who specializes in the area you need help in.

Either go to an oncology specialist, or find a trained, experienced holistic veterinarian and work with him or her on this as a joint project. Yes, there are things you can use in holistic medicine that will help keep the dog comfortable and yes, now and then there are miracles. I would never tell someone there might not be one for their dog. But you will increase your chances of a miracle enormously if you have a great vet working with you as a partner.

All my very best wishes,
