Many dogs, particularly white dogs, lose the pigment in their noses during the winter months. It's not a health issue, just something that happens. It'll most likely come back as the weather warms up.

Another reason for pigment loss is eating from a plastic bowl (chemicals in the plastic cause the pigment loss). I prefer stainless steel bowls. They will generally outlast the dog using them and won't cause any health issues.
