How old are your dogs?? One of mine (dalmation mix) did this when he was a puppy...He would eat his and others...He eventually grew out of it...Now he just eats cat poop, which is even worse!! You may want to invest in a pooper scooper, that way the poop won't be lying around for them to eat.
