just my opinion, if you don't have much money, you might want to look into shelters and rescues to find a lab. They often have some and some rescues are breed specific, for only labs. They are much cheaper as they help you with vaccintaions and getting the dog fixed, and they know their dogs and a vet checks them, which is more reassuring then newspaper ads that are often puppy mill dogs bred together, so be carefull with that. let us know how it goes!:).
