Miniature Schnauzers. I had a Giant living next door to me until he died this past fall. He was very protective of his people but a nice dog. Got used to seeing/smelling/hearing me walk my girls outside and would wag politely when he saw me but wasn't very come-to-ish.

Are minis like their giant counterparts at all?
