It doesn't sound like your puppy is going to be a big dog. Shelters guess at the mixes and they aren't always correct. I hope that doesn't stop you from loving him and keeping him. Please feel free to post a picture of him in our photo gallery...that would be a cute mix. Congratulations on your new baby!

:We just got our first puppy friday from a shelter!! We are loving him. He is very mellow. The shelter thought he was a shar pai/german sheppard mix, but the vet thought he might be shar pai/chow mix. How can I tell for sure what he might be. He is believed to be 2 months old now, and weighs 7lbs. How big is he going to get? I am hoping for a big dog!
