Just wondering what kind of treats should I be feeding my 7 week old puppy? I am trying to train and I read that you should give treats each time the puppy does something positive. They suggested something small like hotdogs cut up, but I am not sure I want to feed my puppy (lhasa apso) human food. I want to be sure we are feeding her the best to keep her healthy. I also don't want to over feed her. I have bought IAMS biscuits for puppies but I find even they are too big and she won't eat them.
