We are afraid that he will go into : : kidney failure, or something else that is terminal.The breeder we : : got CHO-CHO from found a web site that said to treat the fever : : with buffered asprin. And unfortunately, i cannot provide you with info on sharpei fever. my story-- one hour ago, i just returned from the vet with our 7 year old sharpei, peko. i took him in after hours because he had an inflammed leg and was not walking on it. our vet suspects the fever. i was doing a internet search to see if i could find out anything. your story was my first find. : since your march writing, i was wondering if you have new information. once again, i am sorry for your trials with your puppy. our sharpei is a big family member also. take care.
