:Welcome! Glad you found us :) What your puppy is doing is normal for this age. If he was still with his litter mates this is how he would play. The best way I found how to handle biting and nipping is to distract the pup. First I say "OW!" loudly, then I put pup's toy or whatever in his mouth and say "good boy!" The I repeat if pup continues to nip or bite. Don't worry, it sounds like you already have this situation under control. Be patient and diligent and everything should work out fine ;) Below is a link with more information that you will hopefully find helpful. Good luck and please feel free to post pictures of your lil fur-kid!

::Hi guys,
::I've got 10 weeks baby. He's very clever, he learned how to go to the bathroom outside of the house pretty fast. :):):):).
::The only problem I have - I think he's getting a bit agressive. Whenever he's getting excited while playing - he starts biting us. I give him toys, toy bones, socks and all the stuff, but whenever he doesnt' like any of them and each time he looks at my arm or leg he attacks it. What to do?
::I tried to say "no" in a stict voice and turn his mouth off my arm to teach him how far to go and when it gets painful - but it doesn't seem to work... Now I stop playing with him immediately after he starts biting - but it starts all over again next time...
::Any help on this issue? How do you handle this?
::I'm worrying that he'll bite everyone in the house when he grows up.
::Another problem - he hates his leash... He bites it too... Is it wrong or all of them do that?
::
::Thanks a lot!!!
THANK YOU VERY MUCH! THE ARTICLE WAS A GREAT HELP TO US. AT LEAST I'M NOT WORRYING ANY MORE. :):):):).
