:: It was Katie's lucky day today. (: Since it was neither snowing or freezing, I thought it would be a good day for a bath. I started off by making a big mistake. I brought her upstairs while I was getting everything ready. Of course, Katie figured this out and decided to play hide and seek. She would hide while I would seek. Having checked under a few beds, I finally found her under my bed. Being faster than I am, she decided to scoot out of there in into another room and under another bed. Well, she may be faster than I am but I decided that I was smarter than she was so I left her under the bed and went back downstairs hoping that she would eventually come down. Afraid that she was missing something, she took my bait. LOL After giving her a tiny bit of treat for coming down, I scooped her up and off to the tub she went. She was actually very good during her bath...didn't even try to escape which she usually does. (: The drying and grooming part was a piece of cake since she likes that and I was able to watch the Lady Huskies win a Big East tournament game against Seton Hall. Tonight should be very relaxing since Katie will be tired and I won't have to have her tennis ball in my face all night. LOL

:That Katie is always good for a laugh. Most of the snow has melted and the ground is showing but it has turned cold again. These two need a bath and trimed buy will wait until it warms up some more. Since they are outside almost as much as in I don't wan them to get pneumonia or something. If Tootles had her way she would be outside most of the time.

I know what you mean, Gary. That's why Katie hasn't had a bath in almost a month.(: Each time I planned one, it was either snowing or freezing. (: With today's temps in the 40's I thought I would jump at the chance. It's amazing how quickly our last snow has melted so now I have to watch where she walks but by tomorrow, I'll forget all about that. LOL With the sun so much higher in the sky now, it's really doing a job on the snow but now we have the mud and puddles to put up with but it's still better than a couple of feet of snow to plow through. It was even nice to watch the weather forecast tonight...even gloom and doom couldn't find any snow in the forecast for the entire week. We'll see how long that lasts.LOL
