::Now just HOW do you pointer trainers come to such a conclusion??? I have my own answers (LOL!) like, "It's hard to be humble when you have a Border Collie!" ROFLMAO (sorry, but I just couldn't help myself - it had something to do with the devil, I think! LOL!)

:

:Let's just say that it's EASY to be humble when you have a POINTER... The judges shake their heads just seeing us coming! LOL

But didn't you say that 1 of your dogs has a CD??? Well let those judges shake their heads! Maybe it will rattle a little around in there so they won't judge a dog by its breed!!! They shouldn't assume. Ya know what assumes does, don't you? Makes an ass out of you and me --- but if you lisp it makes an ass out of them, too!
What I can tell you, though, is the last 4 trials we entered the amount of dq'd were amazing! And even I could see what was wrong. Looked like they were trying to get into trialing waaaay before they were ready! Even though we had our own dq's several times (Atticus sits on the 5 min. out of sight down!!!) he was ready and did everything else well. Too much of a rush to get their dogs titled. I'd rather train longer and look like we belong in the ring! Oh well - UD is next!
