My GSD pups ears fell down for about a week but then started going back up again while he was teething, now a couple of weeks later the teeth are pretty much grown in but the ears have fell down again. I know it's normal for them to fall during teething but should i be concerned that they've fallen again? it's been a bout 4-5 days that they've been down.
