Lynn,im touched with your love for animals. But you are judgeing me rather harshly. Im getting these dogs from a kennel in missouri. They, are coming with papers and vacination records. I have a very reliable vet. I have 2 dogs now, a min pin and a rottweiler, who i give a shot each month for her addisons disease. which cost me about 60 bucks per shot. I know dogs need more then, filling up the water bucket and feeding them. I am not some redneck, who is gonna tie his dog to a tree and forget about it. I grew up around a vet, would take injured birds etc to them when i found as a kid. I have deep feelings for animals. It appalls me the way the guy im buying these dogs from, keeps his and the methods he uses. Thats one of my reasons i plan on breeding them. To offer a better option, to supply people who are interested in an Olde english Bulldogge that was bred and raised with love and care. This will really boil your blood; When the bitch that produced the male im getting had her litter, he told me there were 2 females, 1 was a runt, and he said he would probally " whack it", "i dont produce runts " he said. I told him, i would take it. When i spoke to him later, and asked him about her, he told me he had to whack it and throw it in the trash. I was sick to my stomach. But he has my 3000 dollars and i want some good dogs. So i didnt lose my temper with him. I do plan on doing something once i get my dogs. So please , if i told you who he is, do not call him and yell at him , untill i get my dogs. I would appreciate your help, in making this guy, comply with humane standards, or stop breeding. You and i ARE on the same side here. I plan on taking them to the vet, regardless of what he said. I appreciate you advice. I am no idiot, i have the best intentions for these dogs, and the ones i will produce.
I know the guy dont leave pups with the moms long enuff, and im sure they will not be 8 weeks when he ships them to me. But,if i can give these 2 dogs a better shot at a goodlife, i know im doing the right thing. Im not mad, but i feel hurt that you would think im a bad guy. I will stay in touch, and when i get my dogs, you are more then welcome to come see how i train, raise and take care of them.I would also appreciate any help you can give in bringing this guy into the 21st century. I assure you, im not in it for the money. Thank you
