Kathy is right -- training isn't something that's easy to learn to do. It's a combination of skill and learning to communicate with your dog and takes time to learn.
But I can get you started with one very easy to learn trick. You can teach your little poodle to spin.
Get a small treat that your poodle will go crazy over. Hold it between your thumb and fingers so that she can see it and smell it, but won't be able to take it. Then put it by her nose and move your hand in a circle above the floor slow enough so that she follow it. As she is moving to follow your hand tell her what a good girl she is, and give her the treat. Do this several times so that she gets the idea and then say "spin" just as she's starting her circle. She won't connect the word with the action just yet -- you will have to say spin as you lure her in a circle about 20 times before she figures that out. If she doesn't want to follow the treat it might mean that the treat isn't good enough -- try something really tasty like a very small piece of cheese or hotdog (by very small I mean one the size of a piece of her kibble).
As she gets better at doing this you will be able to get her to do 2 circles before you give her the treat, and then 3 or 4 circles. After a while pretend you're holding a treat between your thumb and fingers but don't actually have one. Have her spin and then get a treat out from your pocket and give it to her. This way you can teach her to spin without always having to have a treat. Eventually -- if you practice enough with her, you should be able to get her to spin without giving her a treat every time.
Good luck -- let us know how it goes.
