:Nope, haven't tried sardines. I worried about the bones, but that didn't seem a problem with either the mackeral or the salmon. Have to look into sardines. Thanks!

Aparently the bones in the sardines, salmon and mackeral are safe. Brutus has been eatting sardines since november with no complications. As I always do when feeding anything with bone, i do watch closely and make him lay down after for a few.
