She should go to the vet now for an exam. Your vet can give you vaccination options based on your and the dog's lifestyle. Yes, she should be wormed. Worms are often passed from mother to puppies, and chances are far, far more likely than not that the pup has them. Not a huge, big deal, but life will be easier for everyone when she is rid of them. Congrats on the pup! She's a cutie.
