When my husband and I were trying to pick out a breed of dog, he wanted a chuhuahua and I wanted a German Sheperd. Where's the compromise there? Well, we found a book called "Your Purebred Puppy" and a website called "Active Buyers Guide" that really helped us out. The web site was great since it forced us to take the "quiz" together to come up with a breed both of us would like. The book helped us by giving more detailed info about the potential breeds.
