7 weeks is very young for a toy breed puppy to go to a home. If you aren't an experienced puppy owner, you need to get her to a vet right away for a checkup and advice on caring for a tiny pup this young. Especially if she appears to develop diarrhea. A dog that tiny can dehydrate literally overnight. At this age she certainly can't afford to be losing weight. Do make sure you are weighing her on the same scale each time. That can account for some discrepencies. I wish you luck!
