Thanks for the great info. I had actually thought of the since "he won't pee where he eats and sleeps" put his food all over the house, but I thought that would be a mess in itself. I think if I tried the puppy belt with a pad on it I would laugh at him all the time and give him a complex. I guess I am trying to rush him-he is only 11 weeks. I think I give him too much credit and think that because he knows not to pee in the kitchen that he should know that about other rooms too. It's my own fault for giving him the opportunity. I love your idea about replacing the carpet--I want to do that anyway, so maybe if I let him pee all over the carpet then hubby will agree to replacing (just kidding). Thanks again-I will be paitent and keep him on a leash if I take him in another room.
