Thats a great picture. What a beautiful puppy. I've included a picture of my 4 month old puppy at the top of this page.
I suggest as you've only had him a few days.. just to be patient. It takes a while for puppies to understand that they have to go outside. They will not get it immediatly for a while. But keep it up. If you see him piddling in the house.. say "NO!!" and take him outside immediatly. He'll soon start to understand. And keep praising him when he does right :)
It worked with my boy and i've only had him two weeks. Each puppy is different.. some take longer than others.
