If he's being treated, you're okay. Make sure to clean up the poop very well and follow the course of medication to the letter. Don't stop when the symptoms go away if there is still medicine left. So many owners do this, so sorry if I'm stating the obvious. After he has completed his treatment, I would run another fecal to ensure that it's all gone. He should be fine.
